It was Edmund Burke who wrote “people will not look forward to posterity who never look backward to their ancestors”. The act of looking back is an act of recollection, of recalling past events, past blessings and anniversaries.

This 86 page book by Peter J Gadsden looks back at the early days of Christianity in Britain, recalling how the Christian faith came to our land. This is, we believe an important little book, as the trend today is to rewrite history, in favour of cults. Priced at £2.25, this book represents excellent value for money.

Grattan Guinness was a preacher of the 19th century that rivalled in popularity Charles Haddon Spurgeon. His ministry covered many fields both at home and abroad, and was founder and director of the East London Institute for Home and a Foreign Mission. Not only was he a great preacher, but he was also a prolific writer, publishing a number of important works. One such book, is Romanism and The Reformation. Originally, the contents were a series of lectures given under the auspices of the Protestant Education Institute, an Institute that existed to keep alive the great Protestant tradition of Britain. Today, both Church and nation are in grave danger of loosing this great and blessed tradition.

pbk.248p is a must for all serious thinking Christians, p @ p included.

Spurious Claims Pagan Origins, by Peter J Gadsden

In thirty-five pages the author shows very clearly that the Roman Catholic Churches claim, that the Apostle Peter is the head of the Church, being so ordained by the Lord Jesus, is utterly untrue.

Furthermore, the Peter that is claimed to be their head is in fact a pagan priest.

pbk. 35ppages the author shows that the claims of the church of Rome, that the Apostle Peter is the head of the Church, so ordained by the

Lord Jesus, is a fallacy. That the Peter they have as head is a pagan priest.
